Go With The Flow - A Floating retreat venue for Yoga Teachers & Retreat Leaders in Greece

Host your yoga retreat at sea
At Get Lost, we have spent more than a decade designing journeys across Greece. Go With The Flow is the one we built for yoga teachers, studio owners and wellness leaders who want to bring their own community somewhere new.
Go With The Flow is a unfloating retreat venue. Your group lives aboard a flotilla of crewed sail boats for six nights and visits three or four islands, practising in a different setting each day. You bring your teaching and your people. We take care of the boats, the crew, the route and every detail in between.
If you have hosted retreats in a villa or a retreat centre, think of it as the same idea, with a venue that moves with the sea.
How a week at sea works
Each retreat runs for six nights, from Saturday to Friday, starting and ending at Alimos Marina in Athens. Your group sails together on several sail boats, each with four guest cabins, a skipper and a host.
Yoga on land. Practice takes place ashore, on a quiet beach, a pier, near an ancient temple or in a partner studio. Meditation and workshops can happen on board between islands.
Three or four islands. In light winds we sail the western Cyclades: Kea, Kythnos, Serifos, Sifnos and Milos. When stronger winds are forecast, we move to the calmer Saronic and Argolic Gulf: Aegina, Poros, Hydra and Spetses.
Time to explore. Swimming, paddleboarding and snorkelling from the boat, walks to hilltop villages, dinners in local tavernas and nights at anchor in quiet bays.
The wind shapes the route, so the islands may change. Everything you plan with us still happens. For a day-by-day example, see the sample week.
You lead the retreat, we run the week
You bring your teaching, your programme and your community. Neither you nor your guests need any sailing experience. Our team looks after everything else:
Crew on every boat. A certified captain who sails and a host who prepares meals and keeps the boat in order.
One team for the flotilla. A flotilla director coordinates the boats and the daily plan, and an activities manager can join to organise experiences ashore.
Meals. Breakfast on board, light lunches between islands and dinners in hand-picked tavernas, adjusted to your guests' dietary needs.
Your teaching space. Yoga mats and props, practice spots chosen with you, and dinghy rides to secluded coves.
Logistics. Airport transfers, luggage, marinas and island partners, so you can stay present with your group.
Safety is part of every day. Each boat carries safety equipment, a first aid kit and a VHF radio, every captain gives a safety briefing before the first sail, and our team in Athens monitors the weather around the clock.
Shape the week around your teaching
You decide how many practices you teach and when, which activities to add ashore, and whether your group has breakfast only, half board or full board. Two formats fit different group sizes:
Format | How it works | Minimum group |
Shared flotilla | Your group sails alongside another leader's group, and each keeps its own schedule | 16 paid guests |
Private flotilla | Every boat belongs to your retreat | 22 paid guests |
The 2027 season runs through May and June, and from the last week of September to early November, with each week starting on a Saturday. You receive a net price per guest and set your own selling price, so the margin is yours. We also send a media kit of photos, video and articles to help you fill your retreat.
Why plan it with Get Lost
Since 2016, Get Lost has hosted more than 100 retreats and over 1,000 guests in the Greek islands. Go With The Flow draws on that experience: an operations team in Athens, crews chosen for their seamanship and care, and trusted partners on the islands, from marinas to the tavernas where your group eats.
Leaders come back. Lori of Urban OM has brought her community to sea three times, and Yoga Factory has filled a flotilla of five boats.
If you lead a community and want to take it somewhere new, start with Go With The Flow. Read how it works, browse the FAQ for retreat leaders, or tell us about the retreat you have in mind.
